In this role she is responsible for finding and retaining the company's human capital. Alice has extensive experience in executive and permanent placements, cultivating prospective client relationships, and creating company infrastructures to support new business and growth.

Alice has a dynamic personality and is passionate about people. She aligns talent with opportunity for the mutual success of all parties involved. Alice's expertise is in finding and retaining qualified and motivated people and helping them grow in their careers. Alice has over 20 years of professional consulting experience at Computer Sciences Corporation, Fujitsu Consulting, Compuware, and other organizations in the Denver area.

Her background includes a strong foundation in program and project management. She has managed mission critical, multi-million dollar projects with diverse teams consisting of internal employees, external consultants, and suppliers. Industry expertise includes telecommunications, oil and gas, healthcare, and government contracting.

Alice graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Business and a minor in Accounting from Eastern New Mexico University.
