Project Manager:
Locations: Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ


Summary:
Lewis & Fowler project managers are responsible for managing customer relationships; leading project and scope planning; developing project work plans; leading requirements analysis sessions; directing implementation teams; coordinating activities with Sales, Development, and Support staff.
The successful Lewis & Fowler Project Manager must show leadership and the initiative to guide cross-functional project teams in complex implementations. Excellent communication skills, business acumen and solid technical knowledge are necessary. Lewis & Fowler Project Managers may be required to travel and may manage multiple projects in parallel.

Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience (IT consulting, IS dept), comprised of:
• Prefer 5 years in consulting, contracting, or client service (Big 5 a plus).
• Prefer 5 years of team (>10 team members) or project management experience.
• Successfully delivered projects of at least $3M


Preferred Functional / Technical Skills:
• Ability to create, execute, and track complex project plans.
• Ability to manage customer relationships at the executive level.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, initiatives, and resources at once.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management, resource management, project management and project budgeting.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, data modeling, SQL, programming concepts, and distributed computing environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
• Workshop/Requirements definition facilitation skills
• MS Project, Clarity or Niku Workbench experience or other relevant tool experience

Educational Background:
• BA/BS required (Computer Science, Information Services or related field)
• MBA/MS a plus
• PMP Certification a plus
