Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst

Qualifications:
5-7 years of relevant experience capturing technical requirements
Required Functional / Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with business/system requirements tracking tools like Caliber or other relevant tool
- Experience with TOAD or other data query tools
- Experience validating the requirements for real-time web interfaces
- Experience with EDI, Application Integration, ETL, Data Marts/Warehouses
- Experience with relational database utilities and PL/SQL (stored procedures)
- Conceptual knowledge of XML, UML and Use Cases
- Conceptual Knowledge of Web Services and Application Middleware (e.g. TIBCO)
- Track record of facilitation skills and scope management skills
Education Background:
- BA/BS required (Computer Science, Information Services or related field)
- MBA/MS a plus
- Insurance and healthcare experience is a plus
