Kevin Lewis is a Founder and Managing Partner of Lewis & Fowler. He is responsible for partner relationships, business development, engagement delivery as well as providing strategic direction and guidance to Lewis & Fowler's team of business and management consultants. Kevin consults on client engagements in the areas of IT management processes, organizational structure and alignment.

Prior to starting Lewis & Fowler, Kevin was a Senior Director of Information Technology at Qwest Communications International where he led a team that was responsible for IT operational processes for a 7,000+ employee IT organization. He was responsible for the successful introduction of XP development methodologies, tools and integration with existing application development processes. During his 13 years with Qwest, Kevin also held positions as the Senior Director of E-Commerce operations leading a PMO with over $200M in technology projects, an operational finance organization and an E-commerce metrics group. He was also the Director of Corporate Systems for Legal, Human Resources, Regulatory and Risk Management in addition to numerous other positions.

Kevin has implemented many large projects and several program offices (PMO), with supporting tools and processes. In addition Kevin has experience in technical procurement and has led numerous small and large teams supporting a wide range of technologies in networking, end user support, help desk operations and application development. Kevin has a successful record of project deployment and process reengineering in a number of areas including telecommunications products, project management tracking and reporting tools, legal and regulatory case management systems, contract management and knowledge management systems.

Kevin is a credentialed Project Management Professional (PMP), a member of the Project Management Institute and an active participant in the Colorado PMO forum.

Kevin graduated with a BS in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Economics from Regis College and has advanced studies in Technology Management from the University of Denver.


Amy M. Fowler is a Founder and a Managing Partner of Lewis & Fowler. As a Managing Partner, she is responsible for customer relationship management, partner relationships, business development, marketing, sales and strategic direction and guidance to Lewis & Fowler's team of professional consultants.  Amy also is a professional speaker and management consultant and frequently presents on topics of interest to the business and IT community.

Amy has 18 years in the business and technology industry and is a thought leader on portfolio management, applying balanced scorecard approaches to IT performance measurement and program recovery. She consults extensively with senior-level executives of multinational companies seeking to improve business performance. Prior to starting Lewis & Fowler, Amy was Director of the Qwest E-Commerce Program Management Office overseeing $100M of projects for Global and Small Business. Prior to Qwest, Amy was a consultant with Perot Systems, a billion dollar IT Consulting Company where she developed their PMO methodology along with implementing numerous program management offices in Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Perot Systems, Amy held various IT leadership positions in Colorado, as well as in Illinois.  Amy has experience in a wide variety of industries including: insurance, retail, financial services, healthcare, energy, utility, consulting, wholesale distribution, telecommunications, travel and aviation among others.

Amy is a founder and President of the Society of Information Management (SIM) Colorado Chapter. She has been a keynote speaker for Microsoft's Executive Round table on Portfolio Management, a keynote speaker for Performancesoft on IT performance measurement, a partner with Microsoft hosting a “best in class”, Women In Leadership Series, a guest speaker for State of Colorado PMO leadership, a guest speaker for the Women In Technology Forum on mentoring, the one who spearheaded the formation of the Colorado PMO Forum and a industry leader and guest speaker at Microsoft Seminars on program management, a guest speaker for Portland PMI, Denver PMI, Loveland PMI, Boise PMI and Austin PMI. In addition, Amy is a PMP and a member in Project Management Institute, Women in Project Management and Women in Technology International.  Amy is also an advisory board member for The Women's College of the University of Denver's Applied Computing Program.

Born in Peoria, Illinois, Amy received her bachelor's in Computer Science from Illinois State University in 1986 and has advanced studies in technology management.


Dave Fleck is the Vice President, Business Development for Lewis & Fowler.  In his role, Dave is charged with all aspects of business development, including sales management, territory expansion, strategic account generation, customer relationship management and marketing. Dave is an executive with more than 23 years of experience spearheading the rapid and sustained growth of leading sales organizations in the technology industry.  Dave gained his expertise in relationship and consultative selling, setting up and motivating effective sales teams and formulating strategic sales plans during his highly successful career in several leadership roles.

Prior to joining Lewis & Fowler, Dave has held positions with Hewlett-Packard in a Systems Engineering role, DIS Research as a Senior Sales Executive and Sales Manager, Stratus Technologies as the Director of Channel Sales for North America and, most recently, as an Account Manager for CA.

Dave earned his educational credentials from Humboldt State University in Wildlife Management and at Hayward State University in Computer Sciences.


Glen Alleman is the Vice President, Strategic Consulting and Performance Management for Lewis & Fowler. Glen is a senior Lewis & Fowler IT management consultant providing services ranging from strategy development to hands-on execution and delivery management.  Glen has experience in a number of industries including petrochemicals, newspaper publishing systems, manufacturing, electric utilities, pulp and paper, government services, defense systems and aerospace and semiconductors.

In his consulting role, Glen has helped numerous clients define IT strategies, business process improvement initiatives, product development strategies, cost and schedule management processes and quality improvement programs. Glen is a hands- on manager who successfully delivers value to clients and stakeholders through measurable accomplishments matched to the strategic initiatives of the engagement.

His formal education includes a physics graduate degree and an MBA in Systems Management.


Alice Navarro is the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting for Lewis & Fowler. In this role she is responsible for finding and retaining the company's human capital. Alice has extensive experience in executive and permanent placements, cultivating prospective client relationships, and creating company infrastructures to support new business and growth.

Alice has a dynamic personality and is passionate about people. She aligns talent with opportunity for the mutual success of all parties involved. Alice's expertise is in finding and retaining qualified and motivated people and helping them grow in their careers. Alice has over 20 years of professional consulting experience at Computer Sciences Corporation, Fujitsu Consulting, Compuware, and other organizations in the Denver area.

Her background includes a strong foundation in program and project management. She has managed mission critical, multi-million dollar projects with diverse teams consisting of internal employees, external consultants, and suppliers. Industry expertise includes telecommunications, oil and gas, healthcare, and government contracting.

Alice graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Business and a minor in Accounting from Eastern New Mexico University.


Kendra M. Anderson is a Senior Consultant and Account Manager for Lewis & Fowler.  In her role, Kendra's focus is in the Program Management Office (PMO) core practice, where she assists clients with designing and implementing their business and IT PMOs. These engagements typically find Kendra facilitating the development of PMO strategies along with PMO mission and vision statements, charters, and roadmaps in order to help Lewis & Fowler's clients improve their overall project delivery performance. In her three years with Lewis & Fowler, Kendra has demonstrated her depth and strength in project communication, resource management, executive alignment and a proven ability to deliver consistent results.

Kendra has over 12 years of IT program and project management experience, with an extensive background performing complex project recoveries and in the development of client-customized project management training and development programs. She has worked with IT and business executives from many diverse industries including healthcare, telecommunications, financial services, food and beverage and aviation.  Her ability to quickly assess her client's needs and recommend effective, high value and cost-effective solutions has resulted in consistently high client satisfaction ratings.

Prior to joining Lewis & Fowler, Kendra held positions of increasing responsibility with Qwest Communications and Citigroup. Kendra graduated from the University of Denver in 1994 with a coordinated BS/BA in Finance-Marketing.
